How can I get a debit card in Unionbank EON CyberAccount?

This won't answer your entire question regarding getting an EON account, but might help: You don't need an EON account to fetch money from Paypal. You can connect your BPI account or many other bank accounts in the Philippines with your Paypal account and withdraw your Paypal funds to that bank account. Here are the steps:

1. Login to your Paypal account
2. Click the Add/Edit Bank Account link by hovering over the Profile link under the My Account tab.
3. Click the Add button to Add a Bank Account to your Paypal Account. You can get the bank codes here: http://pages.ebay.ph/bankwithdrawal/bank_codes_ph.html
4. Choose either withdraw funds to your bank account and Withdraw funds your card.

I just had to post this answer because I noticed that a lot of freelancers aren't aware that you can use your existing bank accounts to withdraw funds from Paypal and are being dependent on just one bank (Unionbank).
