I know I can use my android device however i think it is preferrable to just stare at one screen while I make changes.

Basically, i have a webpage built using the new jquerymobile.

Does anyone know some emulators for the PC that can mimic/pretend to be a mobile?

Preferrably something multiplatform (Windows, Mac, Ubuntu). Paid stuff would also be fine.

you can take a look at deviceanywhere.com. It's a paid service though.
