Using OpenId with Wordpress?

Anybody know of a reliable plugin to add OpenID authentication for my wordpress based personal blog?

I can google this but what I am trying to find out is how painful is it to implement and maintain.

a little background. I know php and I have a very good mental model of how wp works. Is their a no frills plugin that would help me incorporate OpenID authentication ?
