This would be useful for those developers who are not yet familiar with the existence of such mailing-lists and this will probably help us connect to the devs with the sames interests. Please provide only one mailing-list/group per answer so we can determine the most active Filipino dev mailing-list. Also provide the url to the group and instructions on how to join that group.

for the .NET Group, we have PHINUG (Philippine .NET Users Group). The site will be relaunched this October. 1
heh, not absolutely sure about the "active" part. we needs a defibrillator for it! :P hopefully when the site is relaunched, the group will known to wider audience. (and of course, more members) |
