What "NoSQL" database are you using, and why?

This one's related to another question but I'd like to know: what document-centric or "NoSQL" database are you using, and why? I've heard a lot about MongoDB and CouchDB, but it seems there's this other package called Cassandra that's getting popular. What are the factors that one must consider in choosing a particular database?
